Yaş sınırı
Sociallife yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir. Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 18 yaşından küçüklerden veri toplamayız. Kayıt sırasında doğum yılı sorulur; bu bilgi yalnızca o anda yaş hesaplamak için kullanılır, hiçbir yerde saklanmaz ve sunucuya gönderilmez.

Reklam kimliği toplamıyoruz. Uygulamada reklam yok. Verilerini satmıyoruz.
Doğrulama selfie'si hakkında
Profilini doğrulatmak istersen, ekranda çıkan rastgele bir pozu vererek canlı selfie çekmen istenir. Bu görüntü yalnızca profil fotoğrafınla karşılaştırılmak üzere kullanılır, insan tarafından incelenir ve inceleme tamamlandığında silinir. Profilinde asla görünmez, başka kullanıcılarla paylaşılmaz, yüz tanıma amacıyla saklanmaz veya işlenmez. Doğrulama tamamen isteğe bağlıdır.
Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz
Verilerini üçüncü taraflara satmıyor, kiralamıyor veya pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz. Yalnızca altyapı sağlayıcımız verileri bizim adımıza işler:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.) — veritabanı, kimlik ve bildirim altyapısı. Veriler Avrupa Birliği bölgesinde (eur3) barındırılır. Firebase gizlilik bilgileri
- OpenStreetMap — harita karolarını gösterirken IP adresin OpenStreetMap sunucularına ulaşır. Harita kullanmazsan bu istek hiç oluşmaz.
Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda veya bir kişinin güvenliği söz konusu olduğunda, yetkili mercilerin talebi üzerine veri paylaşabiliriz.
Diğer kullanıcılar ne görür
Adın, şehrin, kısa tanıtımın, profil fotoğrafın, rozetlerin ve puanın; kurduğun ve katıldığın etkinliklerde diğer kullanıcılara görünür. Özel mesajların yalnızca yazıştığın kişiye, etkinlik sohbetleri yalnızca o etkinliğe katılanlara görünür.
Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz
- Hesabın açık olduğu sürece profil ve etkinlik verilerin durur.
- Doğrulama selfie'si: inceleme biter bitmez silinir (genelde 24 saat içinde).
- Geçmiş etkinlikler ve sohbetler, etkinlik tamamlandıktan sonra 12 ay içinde silinir.
- Hesabını sildiğinde profil, mesaj ve etkinlik verilerin 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
Haklarını nasıl kullanırsın
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsin. Bunları kullanmak için:
- Uygulama içinden: Profil → "Yerel oturumu sıfırla" ile cihazındaki tüm verilerini silebilirsin.
- Sunucudaki veriler için: emrahbutakin@gmail.com adresine yaz; talebini 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.
Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na, Avrupa Birliği'nde ise kendi ülkendeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.
Güvenlik
Tüm veri aktarımı HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir. Sunucudaki veriler Google Firebase'in altyapı şifrelemesiyle korunur. Buna rağmen hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir; hassas bilgileri uygulama içi mesajlarda paylaşmamanı öneririz.

Değişiklikler
Bu politika değiştiğinde bu sayfadaki tarihi güncelleriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinden bilgilendirme yaparız.

Who we are
Sociallife is built and operated by Emrah Butakin, an independent developer. The app lets people create and join events in their city. Data controller: Emrah Butakin, Istanbul, Türkiye — emrahbutakin@gmail.com
Minimum age
Sociallife is for people aged 18 and over. The app is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. We ask for your year of birth at sign-up; it is used only to calculate your age at that moment and is never stored or sent to our servers.

We do not collect an advertising ID. There are no ads in the app. We do not sell your data.
About the verification selfie
If you choose to verify your profile, you are asked to take a live selfie in a randomly chosen pose. That image is used only to compare against your profile photo, is reviewed by a human, and is deleted once the review is complete. It never appears on your profile, is never shared with other users, and is not stored or processed for facial recognition. Verification is entirely optional.
Who we share with
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. Only our infrastructure provider processes data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.) — database, identity and notification infrastructure. Data is hosted in the European Union region (eur3). Firebase privacy information
- OpenStreetMap — when map tiles are displayed, your IP address reaches OpenStreetMap servers. If you never open a map, this request never happens.
We may disclose data to competent authorities where legally required, or where a person's safety is at stake.
What other users see
Your name, city, short bio, profile photo, badges and rating are visible to other users in events you host or join. Direct messages are visible only to the person you are writing to; event chats only to people who joined that event.
How long we keep it
- Profile and event data are kept while your account exists.
- Verification selfie: deleted as soon as the review finishes (normally within 24 hours).
- Past events and their chats are deleted within 12 months of the event finishing.
- When you delete your account, profile, message and event data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your data. To exercise them:
- In the app: Profile → "Reset local session" deletes all data held on your device.
- For server-side data: write to emrahbutakin@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority (the Personal Data Protection Authority in Türkiye).
Security
All data transfer is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Server-side data is protected by Google Firebase's infrastructure encryption. No system is 100% secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive information in in-app messages.

Changes
When this policy changes we update the date on this page. For significant changes we also notify you inside the app.
